Matilda's 2 week check up was on Friday, she now weighs 7 lbs 6 oz and has grown 1.5 inches! So crazy how fast it's going, she'll be crawling before we know it. She's such a happy baby right now and we are enjoying her so much. She makes the best faces and little noises, oh how I missed the newborn noises. She's a great cuddlier but also loves her chair and swing.
Big sister Addie continues to love on her and always wants to hold her, especially first thing in the morning. She came with us to the Dr. appt and was very worried when Matilda cried during the exam. I love watching how sweet Addie is and all the things she tells Matilda. She sings lots of songs to her and tells her its ok Big Sister is here when Matilda fusses (of course she might be fussing because Big Sister is in her face all the time). Addie also loves to "decorate" Matilda, see the pretend bow tie noodle on her head. We also had a baby playdate a few nights ago, Addie brought her baby over and I brought Matilda, the babies and moms had a great time! I got a few cute pics of the girls over the weekend and can't wait to share our family photo session from last week! Excuse the messy face on Miss Addie :)
Still need to post first at home bath and our beautiful decorations welcoming us home from Grandma Kay and Big sister Addie :)
