Craigslist finds

I found these cute beds about 2 months ago on craigslist. I couldn't decide which one I liked better so I bought them both, all for only $30! We finally got them out on Sunday to paint and have Addie take a look. She's still in her crib, but that should be changing soon. Since Daddy was busy painting the beds, Addie and I got our paints out and had a great time too.

Eagle Crest pictures

We had a great time at Eagle Crest last week, lots of walks, biking, swimming, golfing and relaxing. Checkout Addie riding a pony too!

FYI- Grandma Kay made Addie the sweetest dress, its white and has adorable ruffles on the back (similar to a Chasing fire flies dress I wanted). I didn't get a great picture, still had to post.

Summer

Well before this week (opps I wrote this last week, just now posting), I was going to write that my favorite season is summer; then hit the 106 degree weather! So don't worry Fall, you are still #1 for me! These moments almost changed my mind though.........

Cannon Beach

We went to Cannon Beach for my birthday (a few weeks ago) and had a great time. It took Addie about an hour to get comfortable with the sand and the water, but once that happened she didn't want to leave!

The best birthday present is watching Addie and Kelly play together. I feel so blessed!

Just hanging out........

We had a great Saturday hanging out with Aunt Katelan, Aunt Kristy and cousin Maya. While the guys all went golfing, we had plenty of time for pictures, bubbles and eating lots of cookies. We were able to capture wonderful pictures of the girls playing in the backyard. The girls wore their matching dresses made by Grandma Kay, aren't they the cutest!!! Thanks Grandma!

Thanks for coming over and enjoying our new kitchen with us!

Happy 4th of July!

Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th! We had a great time at a family BBQ and then came home to all the great illegal fireworks in our neighborhood (thanks neighbors!)

Here are a few pics from last year in Texas on the 4th (this is the church we got married at 8 years ago!) and of course pics from yesterday. I think Addie enjoyed her Popsicle more than the fireworks. I can't believe it's already July!!
